The idea
About
Eight billion people are alive right now. One million of them will leave a sentence here.
Why it exists
Most of what we write online disappears. It scrolls past, it gets buried, it is optimised away. My Million Mark is the opposite: one line, chosen carefully, placed in a sequence that stops at one million and never grows again.
The question is deliberately hard. If you could leave only one sentence for the world, what would it be?
The rules that make it real
- One million Marks. Never more.
- Numbers are assigned in order, automatically. Nobody can choose or buy a position.
- A number is never recycled. Not after a refund, not after moderation, not ever.
- A small set of numbers — the Founder Mark, Prestige numbers, and the Final Mark #1000000 — sit outside standard allocation permanently.
- Sentences are limited to 150 characters and cannot be edited after publishing.
What it is not
It is not an investment, a token, or a speculation. Nothing here is sold on the promise of future value. It costs a couple of dollars once, and what you get is a permanent place in a finite archive.
